Handle two States for hiring Rajasthan and Uttrakhand Supporting two BHR for more than 800 staff of Rajasthan and Uttrakhand for all employees life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding, grievance handling and exit formalities. planning for manpower recruitment for all functions and coordinate respective functional heads. Managing database of the selected and shortlisted candidates. Responsible for taking feedback forms and completing post joining formalities of new joiners. Offer release and joining follow ups. Managing day to day interaction with the internal customers and followup for their requirements. Coordinating with functional managee for tecnical and final interview. joining date and salary negotiations with the candidates keeping in mind the P&L of the business. Follow the business teams to provide timely feedback to the vendors and consultants. Preparing the reports on monthly basis for the review of senior management on the number of cv sourced, shortlisted, interviewed and selected offered joined etc against the set targets.
