I am a doctoral student at the International Max Planck Research School for Molecular Biology, driven by a deep interest in infectious diseases, disease pathogenesis, and host-pathogen interactions. Currently, my research focuses on Influenza A virus, where I investigate the mechanisms of antiviral drug action and resistance, aiming to contribute to the development of more robust antiviral therapies. My long-standing passion lies in understanding how pathogens interact with their hosts and how this knowledge can be leveraged to combat global health threats.
