Completed my B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology(Indian School of mines), Dhanbad. I have mostly done research intern in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology, lithography, fabrication and application of semiconductors. Besides, this I have a keen interest in data structures, algorithms, statistics and probability. I like to play with datasets with the different mathematical tools of probability and statistics, and apply different machine learning algorithms to study its behaviour. Hands-on experience with Java. Completed projects based on Nanotechnology and Machine Learning. Published work on one of my projects of Refractive Index Sensor in ICN:3N Conference.
Learnt to operate the sputtering machine and ellipsometer, method photo lithography and measurement techniques like hall mobility, capacitance, thickness of the layers, band gap and sheet resistance. Fabricated and analysed the diodes. Successful in improving the rectification ratio upto 4 orders.
Fabrication and Characterization of Polymer Nanocomposites Prepared epoxy samples and reinforced with MoS2 Tested for Coefficient of Thermal Expansion(CTE) and got effective results.
Seismic Data Processing Carried out detailed study on “Seismic Data Processing” using CGG software.
