Assisting in leasing plan to implement sales and marketing activities to meet company’s targets for retention growth and profitability - Plans personal leasing activities and develops customer/prospective contacts to achieve business aims - Manages product/tenant mix, rental, and budget according to agreed targets - Maintains existing tenants and develops new tenants to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction - Keeping abreast with the latest developments on shopping centres and retail property - Establish and maintain good contact with tenants and prospective retailers - Liaises and negotiates with prospects/tenants to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationship
Main Activities and Responsibilities: - Supervising a team of customer care assistants to carry out daily Concierge duties - Communicating marketing activities and promotions to tenants - Handling customer enquiries and extending assistance to mall patrons - Upkeep customer database through redemption programs
Plan and carry out direct leasing activities to maintain and develop new leases for the mall in accordance with Business Plans - Sourcing of retailers suitable to mall’s tenant mix, initiate discussions and negotiate on lease terms and rental. Involvement in the preparation of LO, collection of company documents, follow up on deposits - payments for new Tenancy and liaise with inter-departments (i.e. fit-out) to ensure smooth operations until store opening - Maintains and expand the database of retailers and prospective retailers - Plans and executes leasing activities according to agreed budgets, the tenant mix of shopping mall and timescales - Responds and follows up on leasing enquiries -Conducts market research and customer surveys in pertinence to retail developments -Preparation of monthly management reports
Manage all the communications channels to maintain a favorable and perception and image among various stakeholders, press and local authorizes councils. Conduct thematic events and activities. - Responsible for overall operations of PR & CC and Corporate Social Responsibility and respective projects assigned under Marketing Communications, ensuring that all practices are in accordance with the company department’s policies. - Responsible in developing & executing marketing communications projects. - Planning & implementing communication strategy for mall and corporate events - Plan, research write & edit various communication literature for internal and external activities - Establish and maintain good public relations, organize tie-up promotions with different medias from time to time - Monitoring media coverage on shopping mall, competitors and industry issues - Maintain and update online mediums including executing online campaigns - Oversee the production of newsletter from conception, pagination, collation, content writing to printing - Manages all customer complaints and the follow up on complaints/feedback from the Concierge and closure of cases - Establishes best practices for PR & CC to ensure effectiveness and excellence in service. - Manage customer complaints until case is closed. - Conduct side projects of thematic festival events - Manages Customer Care's staff force
Main Activities and Responsibilities: - Responsible for enhancing and protecting the company’s reputation and image - Generated positive media coverage and heightened market presence as well as promote awareness and maintained positive brand image o the company though consistent public relations and marketing campaigns and ensuring company’s position in news coverage - Executing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs and campaigns such as charity drives and green initiatives and maintain public awareness of organization’s policies - Continuously enhancing customer care facilities and services for mall patrons - Responding and following-up with customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints through telephone, email and social media - Writing media releases and proofs all print, publication and broadcast copy - Develop, implement and evaluate strategic communication programs - Plans and coordinate media buys through media outlets and prepares monthly PR report for senior management - Leading a team of customer care assistants to implement heart touching services and implement campaigns - Coordinating launch ceremonies and creating themed mall events in accordance to marketing objectives
