Maintenance Engineer holding Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honous from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Currently working in Infineon Technologies (Kulim) in front-end Furnace department which involved deposition, thin film and grow oxide process. Main responsibility include and not limited to: - Increase tools' uptime and ensure tools run smoothly - Troubleshoot for tools' issue include schedule breakdown(SD) and unscheduled breakdown(UD) - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for tools - Work closely with supplier, procurement and warehouse department to ensure the spare parts availability - Solving issues by discover and fixing root cause using 5why, 8D, FMEA and others method. - Participate in new machine buyoff activity Have fundamental knowledge in mechanical engineering and able to use 3D computer-aided-design (CAD) software like Solidworks and Catia. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
