With 14 years of practice experience, KBH is a proud UKM graduate who has carved a dynamic career in law. He began his legal journey as an associate at Messrs Zul Rafique & Partners before joining Messrs Rahmat Lim & Partners (in association with Allen & Gledhill LLP, Singapore) in its Corporate and Financial Services practice group. On 1 January 2012, he joined Messrs Tan Norizan & Associates as an equity partner. Since then, KBH has played a pivotal role in transforming the firm from a nine-member team into once a thriving practice with 90 lawyers and 125 support staff. Under his leadership, the firm’s practice areas have expanded to offer comprehensive legal services across diverse sectors. KBH is deeply committed to fostering business development skills among lawyers. He’s the guy who turns rookies into rainmakers. He is passionate about empowering them to bring in clients and build their own financial security, believing that lawyers should thrive, not just survive. He is a strong advocate of profit-sharing, ensuring that firm profits are distributed more equitably among associates, promoting growth at all levels. He firmly opposes restrictions on publicity and any measures that stifle healthy competition within the legal industry.
