Kholofelo was the programme manager for the chemicals, materials and Foods (CMF) business unit of Frost & Sullivan. Her role was to manage the business unit’s 2 core service offerings: consulting and market intelligence. Roles and responsibilities included business development, client management and supporting the ongoing refinement of the team’s client strategy. Kholofelo was also responsible for project management and leadership focused on developing growth strategies for clients. Managing the market intelligence offering included overseeing the research process, managing the publishing schedule and team resources. Overall team management and development were also part of Kholofelo's role.
