Kimelo was acquired by Pepper in 2025 to further its mission as the trusted AI partner for food service distributors.
Scaled orgs from 25 → 100 engineers across SF, Seattle, and Toronto, powering merchant experiences for Storefront, Marketplace, Drive (White Label Delivery), and Voice AI Ordering. Unified fragmented merchant products into cohesive platforms, tools and experiences.
Led multiple product engineering teams for creator and publisher experiences on Facebook and Instagram. Launched publishing APIs, composer, playlists/series, and premium video subscription experiences.
Built and led orgs of engineers, TPMs, and EMs spanning commerce, social, gaming, and developer services across console, mobile, and web. Drove platform growth, site expansion, and company-wide process improvements.
Co-architected PlayStation Store migration from monolith to microservices/NoSQL on AWS—foundation for PS4 and modern network services architecture. Selected as the first engineer for the US/Japan PlayStation engineering exchange program; launched Sony Music Unlimited on Android while in Tokyo. Founding Platform engineer in SF office (grew to 500+), launched PlayStation Video Unlimited and PlayStation Plus, and co-led the first PlayStation-wide hackathon.
