• Contact Agent to get CV and Make Advertisement for vacancy upload at online recruiting sites and newspapers, mail recruitment • Responsible for Recruitment and Selection, Employee Communications & Relations, and Personnel Administration • Arrange Interview appointment and call the confirmation to candidate • Perform reference and background checks on applicant. • Register the finger print for new staff • Update Staffs data in the manual • Responsible for Uniform Process, align with Admin Department and assist to HR Manager • Arrange and make the record for ID card, Business card for new staff & who lost the card • Maintain employee’ personal files & control • Responsible for orientation training, internal training and any external training arrangement • Support all training related activities
