Responsible for the most important contract ever awarded in Norway in the railway industry, worth 1.9 Billion EUR, to supply commuter, regional, and cross-border trains. In 2025, 55 trains out of 200 were ordered by Norske tog (Public Norwegian Company), including 2 variants that can run up to 160 kph and 200 kph. Accountable for the whole project and its performance within a worldwide industrial footprint that includes 7 countries and 10 sites.
Responsible for a major frame contract currently worth 3 Billion EUR to supply trains for French territory. 400+ trains ordered by the French Operator SNCF so far out of 1 000 trains, available in 6 models: - Regional trains (TER) / Intercity trains (IC) - Cross-border trains between France and Switzerland (LEMAN EXPRESS Project) - Cross-border trains between France and Germany - Hybrid trains / Hydrogen train Accountable for the project governance and its performance: - Coordination of and negociation with all stakeholders and partners from 7 manufacturing sites - Relationship with the client, based on trust, active listening and constructive dialogue - Risks and opportunities proactive management and crisis management when necessary Achievements: - On time delivery of the Swiss Cross-border fleet - Achieving sub-fleets reliability and availability targets on warranty phase - Continuous improvement of the customer satisfaction measured through surveys

A400M / A350 Extra Wide Body prototype - Industrialization/Methods Department - Jigs and Tools Working with design team in concurrent engineering process to define and develop a new assembly line for the new Airbus plane XWB for T11-T12 section - Writing the requirement specification for the suppliers proposals, analyzing the suppliers offers and driving the supplier technical proposals to manage the development progress of the new assembly line - Collecting and analyzing assembly problems and initiates corrective actions (reverse engineering) - Managing the “MAP” phase (troubleshooting and finetunning phase) for the assembly of the 4 first planes - Following-up the production and providing engineering support to the product line
