Reporting to the National HR Manager, supporting multiple sites across the GTA as far as the Niagara region Revise and improve all existing leaves policies and procedures relating to WSIB, STD & LTD claims Effectively manage approximately 80-90 active claims, including return to work process Coordinate with third party vendors to ensure compliance and set standards going forward Establish ongoing communication, training and coaching, and opportunities for improvement with management across the organization Work closely with Labour Relations with regards to grievances and Collective Agreement compliance Manage health & safety issues across the organization
