Mentor for the Q Fellows program at the Harvard Innovation Labs, supporting founders/researchers to validate problems, sharpen strategy, and build ventures with real-world impact. Q Fellows is a selective entrepreneurship and venture-building program that helps emerging founders identify, validate, and solve critical challenges across energy, critical minerals, advanced manufacturing, and strategic supply chains.
Advised governments and large enterprises on decarbonisation strategy - identified where to invest, divest, or transition, and built the delivery plans to execute. Analysed markets, modelled transition pathways, and delivered recommendations to senior executives.
As team leader, I led the $30 million Regional Community Energy (RCE) program to assist New South Wales’ transition towards net zero emissions by 2050. Regional Community Energy program funds community energy projects in regional NSW to increase renewable energy generation, improve energy reliability and help communities save money on electricity bills. Supported the Energy Strategy branch in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Regional Community Energy program to help achieve objectives set out under the Climate Change Fund (CCF). The CCF was established to address the impacts of climate change, encourage energy and water saving activities and increase public awareness and acceptance of climate change.
