Mr. Al-Nammari holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University in the United States and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from ESADE Business School in Spain. He has over 16 years of professional experience. Prior to joining SIDF, Al-Nammari held several key positions. He began his career in 2008 as a Financial Analyst at Saudi Aramco, then in 2010 became Director of Business Development at the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa’ed). In 2013, he served as an Investment Associate at Aramco Ventures, followed in 2016 by a role as Management Consultant at the Ministry of Economy and Planning. He joined SIDF in 2018 as Director of Strategic Planning and Secretary of the Executive Committee. Khalil then led the Communications Department and was appointed as the Fund’s Official Spokesperson. Then, in 2023 he was appointed as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development. He is also a Board Member and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the Saudi Real Estate Company (Alakaria) and an NRC member at several other publicly listed companies. At SIDF today, Mr. Al-Nammari oversees Strategy, Communication, Advisory, & Corporate Excellence, and serves as Official Spokesperson
Overseeing four departments: Strategy ,Corporate Excellence, Advisory Services, Corporate Communications and the Data Management Office.
