RAS ALKHAIR - RIYADH WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PROJECT
• Leading with my team the Re-Instatement of Degassing and Flare Facility project (DGFF), as well as overseeing the field surface facility umbrella project | £10M total. • Inspecting, and assessing the condition of existing facilities of DGFF. • Testing of static, and rotary systems including piping, valves, vessels and pumps. • Developing Job Method statements for project activities. • Tracking project documents and insuring all submitted reports are approved and archived. • Performing SAT for the arrived project equipment and materials.
• Managing project execution and procurement, demonstrating strong project management and problem-solving skills for the construction and commissioning of field surface facilities projects in SOUTH SUDAN oil fields. • Managing execution of work packages, including procurement, design, construction, and commissioning activities, while providing technical assurance and coordinating with the engineering team. • Liaising with stakeholders to provide timely and efficient work packages for procurement, promoting safety and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. • Providing effective technical interface between design, construction, commissioning teams, and supply chain, reporting on delivery performance and key issues. • Communicating with client and attending client’s meetings to ensure timely achievement of project’s milestones.
• Developed construction procedures and method statements. • Coordinated with client and PMC to ensure project’s requirements are met satisfactory. • Prepared Final Quantity Measurement for completed projects. • Directly supervised construction team to ensure client’s specifications are properly followed.
• Conducted full inspection for the existing tanks as per API 653 and client’s specification. • Followed closely fabrication activities as per the approved drawing. • Developed quality log to track inspection progress against actual construction progress by contractors which helped reflecting project overall progress for better management. • Directly inspected construction activities as per API 650 code. • Issued NCRs for technical violation committed by contractors. • Conducted WQT for project welders.
• Attended client’s meetings and assisted with determination of project requirements. • Drafted and issued projects proposals, RFPs, tenders, budgets, cash flows, and preliminary schedules. • Prepared project’s organization, and communication charts. • Chaired site meetings and distributed minutes to all project members. • Tracked progress and quality of work performed by project team.
