Over the past 25 years, I have advised clients on their most complex general corporate and corporate finance matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, international equity offerings, and IPOs. As senior partner and co-chair of the Executive Committee and the Board, my focus is on ensuring the firm is positioned to support clients on their most critical work – wherever they operate. The standards we set for ourselves, and how we collaborate across the firm, define the quality of our work and client relationships. Developing and investing in the potential of people from all backgrounds matters to me, as does advancing A&O Shearman’s inclusion agenda.
