- Establishes circle round documentation of motor department (Underwriting & Claims). Including paid and outstanding claims. - Develops and executes underwriting systems to development objectives in identified market segments. - Establishes business relationships through a network of contacts among dealers and the general market. - Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the business unit which will result in the greatest market share for company. - Ensures that the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers, before, during and after sales transactions. - Supervises underwriters, surveyors and lose adjustors - Implements training courses for new recruits in motor dept.. - Establishes services centers network to ensure the fastness of response for customer's satisfaction - Develops and recommends studies for the auto spare parts and cars brand pricing. - Establishes circle round documentation for the auto salvage and resale structure which will result minimization the loss ratio. - Establishes reporting statistics systems. (Underwriting & claims). - Develops and recommends underwriting and claims computer system for the business unit

Area of Knowledge: •Sound knowledge of the motor repair industry •Sound knowledge of KSA insurance market •Good knowledge of the claims process Main Accountability: •Manage and control the overall Retail claim process in KSA •Manage and control the surveyors ensuring the timely & accurate survey of all the vehicles takes place. •Monitor the claim cost, develop & implement controls on the increasing claim cost with agency & non agency garages across KSA. •Involve & support the personnel lines & broker team to streamline & facilitate their requirements. •Maintain relations ship with major fleet customers & ensure that their expectations are met in accordance with our motor policy portfolio. •Develop & implement training program’s periodically to keep the employees up-to-date with the product, procedures & market knowledge. •Immediate attention & resolution of the complaints on a daily basis. •Manage recovery team placed in KSA to ensure a proper result in term of recovery.
