1) Setting up a legal affairs department and developing formal policy/procedures for the legal affairs within the Bank. 2) Directing the roles and responsibilities relating to the legal affairs. 3) Directing the roles and responsibilities relating to the Bank's real estate Company (The Saudi Investment Real Estate Co.)
1. Advise the bank concerning all types of legal banking issues (Retail and corporate Banking) , claim liability,advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. 2. Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, present and summarize cases to the Saudi general courts, Saudi Committees of Disputes such as: The Committee of Banking Disputes, The Committee of the Resolution of Securities Disputes. 3. Participate in gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal action.
I searched and analyzed on all types of legal banking issues such as: Banking Contracts, Stocks, Letters of Credit, syndicated loans, Personal Loans, Long term Loans, Visa, Checks, bill of exchange, Easiness Banking Facilitating, Financial Deputation, Investment funds, and more. Some of the cases deal with huge amount of money ( 1 Billion Saudi Riyal for each case).
