Currently, I work as Head of the Strategic Management Department at New Murabba, where I lead high-impact strategic initiatives. I lead the alignment between executive leadership, business units, and delivery teams. I also lead the preparation of Board and committee materials, providing structured insights, performance reporting, and decision-support content to enable effective governance and executive decision-making. Previously, as a consultant at Kearney, I applied strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients address complex strategic and operational challenges across sectors including real estate, energy, and technology. I supported senior stakeholders in developing strategies, operating models, and transformation programs, delivering practical and data-driven recommendations. Before that, I was a Senior Investment Analyst at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where I supported the development and execution of the real estate portfolio strategy and operating model. I built a business intelligence tool that consolidated financial metrics and projections across portfolio companies, which was presented to the Governor. I also assessed investment opportunities and conducted supply and demand analyses across asset classes. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), gaining experience in strategy development, structured problem-solving, and team leadership.
