As Group Commercial Director I manage and oversee all the commercial activities of our Hotel IT Infrastructure- Pure Source Infotech and our Logistics Division - Cross-Borders Logistics.
I play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of our companies along with focusing upon driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and identifying market opportunities. As Group Commercial Director I manage and oversee all the commercial activities our Hotel IT Infrastructure- Pure Source Infotech and our Logistics Division - Cross-Borders Logistics. My Duties Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends. Revenue growth and business development to expand the company's market share and reach new customers. Leading and motivating the commercial team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence. Serving as a key figurehead in business events, conferences, and networking avenues to enhance the company's reputation through brand representation.
• Identify new business opportunities within 3PL & Contract Logistics through developing existing and new business accounts. • Generated leads and prospect customers. • Responsible to maintain an existing customer database through regular sales visits and undertake sales calls to win new business. • Manage RFQ’s, tenders and quotes for Logistics Business and achieve a high success rate in closing deals. • Manage New Business Development, Contract negotiation & maintenance of terms, Customer requirements, Cost & Profit, Quality Assurance, Performance measures & reports (KPI’s), Inventory & stock handling, where necessary. • Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its products and services. • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting • Coordinate the accounts and ensure quality of delivered services. • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and partners. • Manage sales and partnership pipeline. • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
