    As one of the first handful of employees for Venture, I had the unique opportunity of working closely with the owners to build the entire team from the ground up, scaling from 5-10 installs per month when we started, and scaling to over 100 installs monthly across multiple territories by the time I left the role. We took a “do the hard work first” approach to residential solar, which set us apart from our competitors.
