Key Responsibilities – RFP Focus • Submitting detailed questionnaires as part of RFP process. • Creating comprehensive solution documents in both PowerPoint and Word formats. • Planning and factoring required resources for proposed solutions. • Managing commercials and bought-out components. • Defining solution assumptions, dependencies, RACI matrices, and transition plans. • Conducting dry runs to prepare for customer presentations and evaluations. • Leading customer defense sessions to articulate and justify proposed solutions. • Developing case studies and success stories to support solution credibility. Familiar with diverse commercial models including Fixed Capacity, T&M, Fixed Price, Shared Services, and Staff Augmentation. Other Responsibilities: • Conducting training sessions for rainmakers and market makers. • Creating and refining new product offerings in the Digital Workplace space. • Collaborating with delivery teams for RFP briefings, capability tracking, and knowledge sharing. • Preparing and presenting capability decks for TechM DWP offerings. • Participating in analyst briefings with firms like Forrester and Gartner. • Registering OEM deals to align commercials and funding for RFPs. • Contributing thought leadership through newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and vendor summits. o Sources include WhatsNew, edocs, blogs, webinars, and LinkedIn. • Performing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. • Establishing and managing Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Technical Responsibilities: Design & Implement Citrix cloud solutions tailored to client requirements. Migrate on-premises workloads & Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) to DaaS on Citrix Cloud. Using Terraform to provision Machine Catalogs & Delivery Groups in Azure & on-prem. Assist customers in using ARM templates to automate manual VDA provisioning on Azure. Help customers setup & manage resource locations across various cloud platforms like Azure,GCP & AWS and also across on-prem Hypervisor platforms. Lead discussion around CVAD infrastructure sizing and capacity planning. Maintain up-to-date environment by periodically upgrading. Deliver technical briefings, demos, and proof-of-concept projects. Resolve customer technical issues and Partner with other technical support teams and engineering to ensure service requests are prioritized correctly and are closed in timely manner to customer's satisfaction. Experience with Azure AVD & Windows 365. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Other Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate all points of technical engagement with high-velocity commercial accounts. Develop an understanding of each customer's current and future needs. Create technical account strategy and plan for success. Develop good understanding of customer environment to proactively drive improvements and efficiencies through proactive reviews. Travel to customer site to build relationship, carry out technical evaluations and assessments, and deliver support in break-fix situations. Log customer service requests, keep them updated on progress, and record hours spend servicing these requests. Deliver relevant proactive technical updates from Citrix to customer (newsletters, security alerts, bulletins). Maintain and continuously upgrade technical knowledge and certifications in Citrix and related technologies. Support sale of technical services and products. Prioritise customer adoption and retention through strategic initiatives.
