I enrolled in the Google IT Support Program through Merit America.
•Responsible for processing new merchandise in a store, including ticketing, tagging, and delivering it to the sales floor. •Will also unload trucks, sort merchandise, and help maintain the sales floor.
•Facilitated communication with marshalls, management, and maintenance while managing a team of 6-12 employees to carry out an professional eviction with a 90% satisfaction rate. •Provided detailed reports consisting of financial information, employee evaluations, incidents, and time metrics to ensure documentation is updated within 24 hours for all parties involved.
I attempted to find an Entry-level technology position. I also obtained the CALP certification to potentially start work in leasing management while awaiting a technology position.
