Accumulus Synergy (Client: FDA regulatory tech startup) * After a large Google/Deloitte engagement spent ~1 year and millions of dollars without delivering usable software, drove the decision to bring development in-house — where an 8-person team delivered a working alpha within months * Embedded FDA and global health-authority compliance requirements directly into the development process from day one *Served as primary POC between the client and Detroit Labs; managed scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout Lithia Motors / Driveway.com (Client: automotive eCommerce) * Led delivery across a 6-team, 50-developer program (mobile, web, and internal app teams) as Program Delivery Lead, while running one web team hands-on * Drove quarterly planning and scope negotiation to launch the first fully automated online auto-leasing experience on Driveway.com in October 2021
