Kevin Lee has been one of the driving force at GHL Systems Berhad since 2009, when he initially joined the company as International Sales Manager, focusing on expanding the business across the Middle East and African markets. His keen strategic insights and leadership earned him the role of Chief Executive Officer for GHL Malaysia in 2019. With over 16 years of comprehensive experience in the payment solutions and financial technology sectors, Kevin has successfully spearheaded large-scale e-payment initiatives, delivering seamless implementations across diverse markets. Over the past years, he has traveled extensively throughout ASEAN, the Middle East, and Africa, deepening his understanding of regional dynamics and contributing to GHL’s growth in these key areas. Kevin’s expertise spans a broad range of business functions, from sales and marketing to international business development, product innovation, and strategic partnerships. His ability to forge impactful relationships with global payment schemes, fintech companies, and leading merchants has been integral to the company’s expansion and success in highly competitive markets. A graduate of Coventry University in the United Kingdom, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software and Computer Engineering. His strong technical foundation, combined with his global business acumen, allows him to navigate the complex intersections of technology and business, positioning GHL Systems as a leader in the e-payment industry. Kevin is also effectively proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay Language with diversified culture and background. Kevin also serves as a Director for a non-profit organization in Malaysia.
1. Corporate relationships with key Financial Institutions in the cards and acquiring business 2. Product Owner & Lead for Third Party Acquiring products such as Alipay & other eWallet payment. Responsible for product implementation, execution, roll out and merchant acquisition. 3. To support acquiring banks with the Payment Card Reform Framework (PCRF) towards 2020 goal. 4. Regulatory liaison with Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia) and local authorities.

Responsibilities: Business Development, Building and Managing Pipilines, Partner Engagement for domestic and overseas market. I joined as the Senior Account Manager for domestic market (Government sector) and later promoted to Business Development Manager to do business development for the Middle East market.
