Solution Consulting Leadership Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Solution Consultants across industry and workflow domains (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, Industry Workflows). • Drive technical sales strategy for complex, enterprise AI and workflow transformation deals. • Ensure demo excellence through persona-based storytelling and outcome-driven narratives. • Establish repeatable demo frameworks incorporating AI Agents, Now Assist Skills, and Workflow Data Fabric.
