• Developed a book of business by prospecting for potential clients, generating leads, and setting up meetings and closing deals with operations executives, increasing territorial revenue • Utilized Pipedrive as CRM and pipeline management software to manage and track client opportunities • Analyzed areas of weakness for clients as a tech-driven logistics consultant to implement solutions to improve operational efficiency • Managed accounts and oversaw client shipment and supply chain needs using proprietary transportation management system/SaaS to ensure client satisfaction
• Developed an iOS app prototype for parents of children with down syndrome which included a calendar system with critical appointment guidance, a medical dictionary, and note-taking/checklist system • Led user research, using data from weekly interviews and prototype testing with parents of patients to align app with client goals, improving and verifying client satisfaction • Created medium-fidelity prototypes through Figma using our user research to create a visual model of client expectations • Utilized Scrum framework as the team project manager and primary liaison with sponsors in order to iteratively meet sponsors' goals in 2-week sprints, resulting in a successful project delivery
• Research project under Dr. Roderic Crooks and Dr. Bill Maurer • Co-authored scholarly publication regarding ethics in computer science curricula, data usage of community organizations, and undergraduate experiences in research • Presented findings to faculty on community organizations, their data usage to achieve goals, and how this experience helped students understand ethics in computer science • Interviewed and performed case studies on community and nonprofit organizations to analyze datafication patterns and consolidated data into a database using FileMaker Pro
