About

Includer– Communication– Connectedness– Futuristic– Strategic "Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit." By: Conrad Hilton This quote sums up my past experiences, present situations, and future dreams. I am a dedicated professional with over two decades of military service and a decade of government service, which includes work within the federal, state, and local governments. Whereby, I use my flexible and adaptive personality to form connections to work with diverse individuals from within the community, such as student cadets, everyday citizens, co-workers, and top-level government officials. In addition, I am a leader with advanced skill sets such as strong organizational skills and communication skills: both oral and written. I have an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and am experienced in the art of multitasking. All these skills allow me to be enthusiastic about all tasks I perform. My leadership style is a fusion of Transformational, Authentic, Servant, Adaptive, and Team Leadership. I draw strength from the seven core Army values: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. These values have not only prepared me to assist others in life but also reflect my areas of interest: Spirituality, Mind, Body, Relationship, and Work. My areas of study include Higher Education Administration / Leadership, Counseling (Human Services), Religion & Spirituality, Criminal Justice, and Government. If you believe that I would be a great professional match, I invite you to connect with me. I am always looking to form partnerships with anyone who might have internship opportunities for IMB (International Maritime Business) students (cadets) and MSSEP (Marine Science, Safety, and Environmental Protection) students (cadets).
