With starting out in a family business helping my father build Air Compressors by bringing in receiver tanks, pumps, motors, and all the other components that were needed, I quickly learned what the basics were of compressed air and why compressed air is a vital need in manufacturing. Ok, so that was when I was 7 years old. After completing school, I skipped college and went directly to work installing Air Compressors, Piping Systems, Electrical, and all other components that made up a compressed air system. After installing, literally hundreds, of Air Compressors, Air Treatment Equipment, and miles and miles of compressed air piping, I now play a role in our family operated business of making sure things happen for our customers! I may not exactly do the physical work anymore, although, if in an emergency I had to I would, I ensure that our customers receive the quality of work and satisfaction that they deserve. Now, the service industry on Air Compressor equipment is a challenging one, and problems always arise, but Fluid-Aire Dynamics is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction 100% of the time, and I am there to ensure that is the case.
Through years of experiance in most sectors of the business, General Manager is a position that I will help bring it all together by bringing the whole team to synergy. My responsibilities include ensuring each department is operating at its best efficiency including accounting, operations, sales, service, and marketing. I will work towards bringing the best out of each employee while motivating and sincerely complimenting them and doing my best to help them where needed through being a good listener. This is no position for a "know it all attitude", I will listen and work with ideas from any employee to help bring synergy together as a team. Another responsibility as General Manager is managing the expenses of the company to ensure we meet profitability goals as budgeted. This will include implementing a spend control process, and increasing relationships with our suppliers.
As being in business development & marketing at Fluid-Aire Dynamics, Inc., I have a responsibility of implementing new systems to help the business run more efficiently. My goal is to increase annual turnover with the same amount of personnel. Along with this, I help bring in more leads to the sales team via increased web marketing, email blasts, and social media.
