Kevin is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford, advised by Prof. Philip Torr. He was a visiting researcher at Stanford University, advised by Prof. James Zou. Kevin received his Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore, advised by Prof. Mike Shou. Kevin research focuses on developing multimodal intelligent agent that collaborate with humans. His work has been published in leading venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, and NeurIPS, and was selected for CVPR 2025 Doctoral Consortium, DAAD AInet Fellowship. He is on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. Kevin received awards including the PREMIA 2023 Best Student Paper Gold Award, CVPR 2024 EgoVis Distinguished Paper Award, and NeurIPS 2024 Open-World Agents workshop Outstanding Paper Award. He was an Outstanding Reviewer at CVPR 2024 and a Top Reviewer at NeurIPS 2024, and an Area Chair for NeurIPS 2025, NeurIPS 2026, ICML 2026 AI4Science. He won first place in the EPIC-Kitchens and Ego4D challenges at CVPR 2022. Kevin is an active open-source contributor with over 18K GitHub stars. He leads ShowUI, an agent that learns to use computers, which has been downloaded more than 280,000 times.
