Kevin Warren is a purpose-driven independent board director and marketing leader whose global mindset, influence and experience spans across board governance, brand relevance, digital acceleration, revenue enablement and customer experience strategies to drive business growth and strategic initiatives in a dynamic business environment. As an accomplished C-suite executive, Kevin’s leadership abilities span across business, culture and community. Kevin is an independent director on the board of Assurant where he is a member of the compensation and talent committee and the nominating and governance committee. From 2021 to 2026, Kevin was a member of the Fiserv board of directors and served as audit committee chair as well as a member of the talent and compensation committee and the nominating and governance committee. He was an independent director on the board of Illinois Tool Works from 2010 to 2021 where he served on the compensation committee and the nominating and governance committee. Kevin serves on the Georgetown University board of directors, where he is a member of the executive committee, audit committee, and strategic development & advancement committee as well as serves as the chair of the committee on athletics. In January 2025, Kevin was appointed to lead the university’s presidential search committee. In addition, he is a member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame board of governors and a founding member of the Black Executive CMO Alliance. From 2018 to 2023, Kevin served as EVP and Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer. As a member of Executive Leadership Team, his responsibilities included U.S. and International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Access Program, Revenue Enablement, Business Planning, Forecasting & Pricing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Global Business Services Customer Care, Advertising and Brand Relevancy. In recognition of his leadership in marketing, Kevin was named to Forbes’ 2022 World’s Most Influential CMOs list and recognized by Adweek as a 2023 Brand Genius. Prior to joining UPS, Kevin spent over thirty years at Xerox Corporation, most recently serving as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer where he led Marketing, Worldwide Channel Strategy, Salesforce Effectiveness and Global Client Engagement for the company’s diverse portfolio of hardware, software, and services. A native of Washington, D.C., Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgetown University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Partnered cross-functionally to drive a 12-percent increase in revenue share from the highly profitable small and medium-size business (SMB) segment by improving customer experience and enabling digital business growth. Launched the Digital Access Program (DAP), which enabled UPS to partner with key digital platforms including Shopify, eBay and Worldwide Express. Within four years, DAP generated nearly $3 billion in annual revenue. Increased the net promoter scores through relentless dedication to customer success by leveraging The UPS Store as a strategic asset while improving the customer experience across the company’s physical and digital channels. Responsible for driving global growth across Xerox’s Commercial Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business, leading the global team in a go-to-market approach by vertical industry, serving clients in the following segments: high tech, communications and media, retail and consumer products, commercial transportation and logistics, financial services, travel and leisure, food and beverage, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and defense, energy and chemicals.
Created and led the first Xerox Services team dedicated to BPO clients in the Industrial, Retail and Hospitality sectors. Responsible for revenue and profit growth across nine industry segments. Delivered a disciplined sales and operational model within an environment dedicated to talent management and a winning culture – for a successful approach to selling verticalized Xerox offers and innovation into the BPO market.
