As Director of Programs at UrsaNav, I lead a portfolio of large, complex, and high-visibility international programs delivering resilient Low-Frequency (LF) Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) solutions to government, defense, and critical infrastructure customers worldwide. I manage mission-critical programs across North America, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia, ensuring customers receive secure, reliable, and innovative LF-based PNT capabilities—including eLoran, Loran-C/D, and LF Phoenix™. In this role, I: Oversee multimillion-dollar($50M+)global programs from concept through deployment, ensuring technical, financial, and contractual success. Lead cross-functional engineering, operations, and product teams to translate user requirements into program strategies, system designs, and executable implementation plans. Manage international customer relationships, aligning stakeholder priorities and delivering solutions that enhance national resilience and critical infrastructure protection. Direct risk, schedule, and performance management for complex, multi-site deployments involving patented LF technology, advanced waveforms, and next-generation PNT architectures. Guide strategy and product direction for secure LF PNT, including encrypted signals and alternative modulation technologies. Improve program performance by refining processes, strengthening communication across global teams, and implementing best practices in program management (PMP). Support business development and capture efforts, contributing to proposals, international engagements, and long-range strategic planning. I was responsible for all operations, scheduling, and logistics for 67 athletic teams, 100+ coaches, and department staff of 8 and the department's strategic planning, as well as day-to-day execution of over 1500 events per year. I successfully designed and implemented an annual budget of $500,000 flawlessly and introduced several cost-saving functions to increase the number of funds available for direct use by students. I deftly enhance the school's strategic vision by consolidating business operations, maintaining strict budget controls, and managing relationships with alumni, donors, families, and stakeholders.
