As the Senior Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager for Thai Union North America, I manage the HR function for the Thai Union North America team. This includes, performance reviews, budget reviews, employee relations, company culture, organizational development, career mapping and succession planning, etc. In addition, I oversee and manage all full-cycle recruiting efforts for the entire North America organization. Responsibilities include, sourcing, posting, interviewing, vendor management, on-boarding, salary analysis, salary negotiation, resume review, scheduling, training, determining budget/ROI, and implementing best practices. Maintained up to 60 open requisitions and managed HR and Recruiting efforts at 2 corporate offices and 3 temp office locations simultaneously.

At Teleflora, I directed the Human Resources team, company practices & policies, objectives and day-to-day management of the Human Resource department that supports over 700 employees in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Additionally, I maintained departmental budgetary responsibility, and worked with our corporate recruiting, legal and benefits & wellness teams. I was asked to carry out responsibilities for training and organizational development including assisting in the creation, design and the delivery of training and education of Teleflora employees at all levels. Such programs included HRIS management systems, ADP professional suite, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance review processes, management training, compensation analysis, conducting workplace investigations, and best practices sessions. On a daily basis, I used my ability to present material in an exciting, informative manner that engaged the participants and made working at Teleflora an enjoyable, engaging, and vibrant experience.
