Kevin G. Quinn is a banking leadership veteran with more than 30 years leading successful banks. Prior to HTLF, Quinn was President & CEO of Citywide Banks, President of Arizona Business Bank, and President of Colorado Business Bank. Quinn also remains an active volunteer and supporter of multiple Colorado nonprofits.
Oversees strategic direction, operations, and growth for 11 bank brands that encompass more than $19 billion in assets and stretch across Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities include strategic oversight and growth for six bank brands, including Arizona Bank & Trust, Citywide Banks (Colorado), Minnesota Bank & Trust, New Mexico Bank & Trust, Premier Valley Bank (California), and Rocky Mountain Bank (Montana).
Responsibilities included strategic oversight of a $2.3 billion bank and 250+ employees. The bank serves metro Denver and mountain communities with commercial banking, treasury management, and personal banking services. Since 2009, the bank went through significant growth and success. In 2017, the bank was successfully acquired by Heartland Financial USA, Inc., and simultaneously merged with Centennial Banking & Trust.
