I am currently looking for a new role (permanent or interim) as Finance Director, Head of Finance, FP&A Director or similar.
As part of the Area Management Team, this role was responsible for all FP&A, Logistics and Finance Business Partnering requirements within the Mid-Sized Market affiliates. The role had overall responsibility for the delivery of all budgeting, planning and forecasting and the associated reporting requirements for the Area countries to the Regional HQ whilst also acting as a Finance Business Partner to the Area and local affiliate management. Management and planning for 20 countries, 295 employees, €550m in sales and €60m in expenses. • Led the FP&A process to ensure that regional targets and requirements are implemented and met • Management, allocation and liaison of financial planning guidelines in conjunction with country management • Manage regional HQ reporting requirements by providing business insights into the countries commercial performance • Finance business partner to Area and country management, influencing decisions and initiatives with financial data and business insights • Build relationships with the country management teams to ensure proper alignment of Finance objectives • Management of the Area commercial finance team of 7 direct reports, including recruitment, objective setting and career development
