About

I joined IFMK Law from Inman & Fitzgibbons where I was a Partner, Shareholder, and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. My primary area of practice is Workers’ Compensation Defense practice, representing insurance carriers, self-insured businesses, risk management associations, third-party administrators, and municipalities in industries that include transportation, health care, food service, and manufacturing. I am also an experienced litigator who has consulted with clients on risk management and employment issues, enforcement of clients’ subrogation rights, Medicare Secondary Payer compliance issues and matters related to general insurance defense. My practice also includes investigating strategies to actively mitigate his clients' long-term risk. As part of this effort, I participate in the Business Engagement in Obesity Solutions Innovation Collaborative, a working group associated with the Roundtable on Obesity Solutions at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (The National Academies). This collaborative promotes business engagement strategies for obesity prevention and treatment with a focus on the health and economic well-being of companies, workers, and their communities. I am also a member of a Novo Nordisk Obesity Advisory Board.
