Deeb received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.) in 1995. With over 25 years of experience in complex commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, corporate mergers and acquisitions, health law, and commercial litigation, he is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and duly qualified to practice in the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida. Kevin, title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, holds a Real Estate Salesman License and is a registered Real Estate Appraiser. A current member of the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section, he also serves on the Miami-Dade County's Unsafe Structures Board and City of Miami's Low Income Housing & Finance Committee. He proudly served as President of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association. Kevin is a Lead Counsel Real Property Law and Estate Planning Certified attorney.
