I am an Information Technology support professional living in Danvers, MA and have been working in North Andover, Massachusetts for the Town of North Andover's Public Schools system since June 2019. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Castleton University (now a part of Vermont State University) and I completed the Masters of Business program at Curry College in December of 2017.

• Support staff & faculty media and computer technology (including PCs, laptops, printers, DVD/VHS players, phones, scanners, projectors, TVs, microphones, cameras, sound systems, etc.) • Managed user accounts with Active Directory as well as a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) server • Manage file server backups and inventory backup tapes using Symantec Backup Exec • Assist professors real time over the phone experiencing classroom technology issues/questions during class time (PC, projector, printer, Smart Board, etc.) • Assist with network management and maintenance (installing/maintaining switches, tracing and patching data ports, running wire, etc.) • Assist faculty using the learning based management system, Blackboard for their hybrid and online courses • Managed and deployed student workers to calls or other minor jobs and analyzed and checked their work • Supported and assisted students during off-hours to provide support to students enrolled in online programs using BlackBoard • Set up VoIP phones, projectors, screens, laptops, and other necessary equipment as well as providing on-site support for conference calls, meetings, events, and other presentations requiring media technology • Use web based ticketing systems and project management tools to track progress and completion of jobs and projects with descriptions of tasks performed, status of the case, and estimated date of completion
