• Lead evaluation and execution of large-scale energy and infrastructure investments across public and private markets • Played a key role in transactions exceeding $4bn, including LNG, upstream, and platform investments • Core contributor to Rio Grande LNG investment (equity + offtake structure), assessing commercial, financial, and strategic positioning • Involved in the acquisition of a 38% stake in Block 1 (Caspian Sea), supporting valuation, structuring, and negotiations with international counterparties • Supported the formation of Enersol, a strategic JV between ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi, focused on energy services investments • Develop and challenge valuation frameworks (NAV, public comps, precedent transactions), including sensitivities across commodity prices, reserves, and capital structure • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across technical, legal, tax, and financial advisors through full transaction lifecycle (origination → execution → closing) • Prepare investment materials for senior committees, including IC/IPC approvals, articulating key risks, value drivers, and strategic rationale
