Responsible for the market development and sales of specialty intermediate chemicals for use in a variety of polyurethane applications including Coatings - Elastomeric, Industrial, Proppants, & Controlled Release Fertilizer (CRF), Adhesives, Elastomers, Rigid Foams, Flexible Foams, Viscoelastic Foams, and Gels. Develops product positioning and messaging specific to each end use market segment - based on known customer benefits. Continuously conducts and reports on competitive analysis, market evaluation, customer feedback, and research to refine product strategies. Assists in conducting of financial and business case analysis. Assists in developing and executing recommended pricing and product forecasting. Ownership of marketing and sales materials development. Coordinates with R&D team to set research priorities to accelerate market development and customer adoption.
