Ensure functionality and availability of critical infrastructure (zero downtime) through: Frequent inspections according to OEM recommendations and internal engineering recommendation. Planning and performing preventive maintenance: - Contributing and executing activities according to the preventive maintenance plan. - Creating Change Requests (CR) and necessary Method of Procedure (MOP). - Escorting and supervising third parties during maintenance activities. - Using our asset management system to document and complete all activities, whether executed on its own or by subcontractors. Executing and organising immediate corrective maintenance activities while always meeting or exceeding customer SLAs for availability and environmental conditions by: - Executing Emergency Operations Procedures EOPs. - Following and acting according to established Incident Management procedures. - Ensuring mitigation actions can be executed to limit the impact of the incident. - Regular On-call availability to support the first level team as a point of escalation. Support continuous improvement actions for Operational day to day activities as well as the Power usage effectiveness (PUE). Act as subject matter expert in the mechanical field, by having deep understanding of mechanical Single Line Diagrams and a deep know-how in a variety of critical equipment such as: chillers, cooling towers, air-handling units, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, Variable Frequency Drivers (VFDs), BMS, Computer Room Air Conditioners, among others. Project management of large and small projects in the data center and the cooling sector Participate in L4 – Functional Performance Testing, and L5 – Integrated Systems Testing for new commissioning activities.
