Building tech that drives hospitality management forward
I worked at the cryptographic core of Europe’s financial infrastructure, where a single key, a single ceremony, or a single mistake could affect trillions of euros moving every day. My role was simple in principle, unforgiving in execution: Generate the keys. Protect them. Run the ceremonies. Keep the system alive. And never let the world feel the complexity behind it. I did HSM ceremonies, managed enterprise PKI lifecycles, safeguarded code-signing secrets, and supported smart-card–based trust systems used by thousands of institutions. The scale was immense. €37 trillion in annual settlements. 2,000+ institutions across 40 countries. Uptime that had to approach perfection. Zero room for compromise. Zero tolerance for noise. The mission was always the same: Keep the cryptography at the top. Keep the system trustworthy. Let the world continue without interruption. In that environment, you don’t just learn PKI. You learn discipline, precision, and the kind of silence where failure is not an option.
