Throughout my career within PwC I advised many multinationals on tax, social security and immigration planning opportunities in the field of global mobility. My experience provides a framework for a structured analysis of complex global mobility matters impacting tax, (international) social security, immigration and HR processes. Special areas of attention and experience are: global tax-planning schemes, implementing split-employment schemes, performing risk reviews, coordinating payroll and tax compliance engagements, (expatriate) compensation and benefits, global mobility policies and processes, implementation and execution of board remuneration schemes.
