About

I am a self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning. I thrive in challenging environments and enjoy working on projects that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills.” When I was only 18 years old, I joined the Army and have served a full career within the Forces, the 1st Battalion Irish Guards and reaching the rank of WO1 the pinnacle of a Soldiers career. I have now achieved all that I can within the army, I've been around the world. Time and time again, tested in many environments under many circumstances and have always enjoyed a challenge. Throughout my Army career have had many opportunities to do this in all the roles I have filled, whether they be in logistics, Facilities Management, Project management, and creating deliverables, and always been given the option and chance to self-improve or improving others around Weather in an instructor role or as a leader. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§On one of my tours in IRAQ, my team was struck by an IEDπŸ’£. Where we lost several members of our patrol, I was left in a complex situation, but could do nothing more than fight my way forwards with My team, we managed to save several members of the patrol. Post the event, I was then awarded the Queen's Gallantry Medal. The reason I tell this story Is that was not my success, my success was that me and my team had trained that hard and for that long. That night we knew exactly what to do, it had all become second nature and no matter what faced us, we knew we could push through it together. πŸ‘ŠI've taken the things I learnt in my life. Growing them, evolve them, and pushing myself and the team, and the things around us to be effective and efficient as possible fighting our way through policy, bureaucracy and all the tasks that may come before us. I’ve Picked up soft and hard skills, planning and development, relationship management, operations, and logistics coordination and scheduling, Leadership, Self-Discipline a principle which I live by. 🀝The army has always given me the ability, to be dynamic, to be trusted and trustworthy and to be tested. I now seek something new and an evolvement a change. If you think I might be the person that you could work with, β˜•please contact me on [email protected]
