The Program Administrator has administrative responsibility and works collaboratively with faculty, researchers, clinicians and others to help develop and manage all aspects of the growth and ongoing operations of the Chicago Developmental Center for AIDS Research. This will include strategic planning; marketing, communications and public relations; internal and external events such as symposia for researchers; website, collateral materials development and maintenance to interested parties to ensure greater public awareness of the D-CFAR and its programs.
Coordinate the training schedule and logistic activities associated with end-user training delivery, Train-the-Trainer, and pilot training sessions. This includes working with representatives from each location to build the schedule, understanding and working around constraints such as training environment/data usage, trainer availability, course order and duration, etc. Develop end-user training schedules (ILT, V-ILT and coaching); serve in the capacity of (LMS Admin and RMA Admin) to ensure schedules are properly loaded and maintained in the LMS; provide user support and troubleshooting as needed.
