- Led high-complexity GCP migration of legacy workloads determining approaches for latency and orchestration heavy systems with external dependencies; secured business buy-in via option papers and roadmaps, hitting critical deadlines where failure to deliver would have incurred significant cost and operational risk to the Business. - Lead a multidisciplinary Tiger Teams post-merger for M365/Identity unification and MOE prioritisation; Identification of Business risks and impacts to prioritise and resolve integration blockers (Dynamics-Outlook) or produce tactical solutions where required. Buy in for the assessment and acceptance of tactical solutions with all levels or the organisation through targeted briefs and minimising disruption. - Managed post-migration risk issues via assurance processes, producing decision support reports for senior leadership to maintain service continuity.
