I am not your run of the mill sales leader. I have had the privilege to build, launch and lead some of the most revolutionary medical products in the last 10 years. From being on executive leadership teams that reported directly to Private equity BOD’s, to being on executive teams of a $16B company, I have learned that you must work linearly together in all aspects of the business. I move fluidly between sales/marketing, HR, operations and finance. I quickly assess opportunities, create well-defined strategic plans, build strong sales and collaborative operating cultures and teams. This ultimately improves processes and effects change. But it must be done with finesse and buy in with all executives. I respect that my ideas are not always right. In my first 100 days, I will listen and evaluate all sides of the equation, while being fluid and humble. I engage the organization’s culture, develop strategic plans that are market and initiative focused, and foster strong customer relationships and increase enterprise value. If I have opportunity to meet with you, the first thing I will tell you is, I don’t have the answers. The answers are within your organization. Together, we must pull them out, listen and trust our highest performing employees. I lead in the continued development of the organization, vision, mission and organizational alignment to grow market share by building trusted, strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers. I have a strong network of leaders and doers that can be recruited to drive success. My teams sustainably grow market share and EBITDA. We develop a winning culture, attitude and excellent results in everything we choose to do. I’m a persistent, efficient, nimble decision maker that uses available data and sets high standards for my direct reports. I lead from the field and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues. I roll up my sleeves with a hands-on approach. My teams trust me because they know I will support them and never ask them to do something I wouldn’t do right beside them. Delegation is an important part of leadership. But sometimes you must let your teams know you are not below pushing a broom if necessary. What I am looking for I would be honored to help lead a company that is starting to peak in market share and financial performance and now is seeking to go to a new level of sustainable growth and accelerated EBITDA. I welcome the challenge to accomplish what has not been done before. That’s been my career. That’s what I do.
