At Medtronic I directed a $400M+ program portfolio spanning 50+ global sites and 5,000 employees — including the company's largest-ever SAP deployment serving 3,900 users and $4B in annual revenue, and the technical delivery of the largest medical device divestiture in industry history. IT Leader — SAP, Salesforce & Commercial Technology Systems Led a cross-functional application team supporting SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise commercial platforms across Fresenius Kidney Care and Renal Technology business units. Managed application platforms, program delivery, and IT strategy alignment for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain leaders. ▪ Architected and deployed an enterprise Case Management and CTI platform for Customer Service operations — projected to deliver 33% ROI over five years and significantly improving agent efficiency and customer response times. ▪ Directed vendor negotiations and full North American rollout of an enterprise Contract Management solution while co-establishing a Contracting Center of Excellence across multiple business divisions. ▪ Introduced Agile delivery methodologies that measurably increased release capacity and strengthened relationships between IT and key business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. ▪ Served as primary IT liaison between technology teams and senior business leaders, ensuring IT investments were directly aligned to commercial growth and operational priorities.
