At Medtronic I directed a $400M+ program portfolio spanning 50+ global sites and 5,000 employees — including the company's largest-ever SAP deployment serving 3,900 users and $4B in annual revenue, and the technical delivery of the largest medical device divestiture in industry history. My teams generated $40M+ in annual savings through supply chain optimization and AI-driven analytics — work recognized with the Medtronic Star of Excellence and CIO Award for operational excellence. At Fresenius and Thomson Reuters I built and ran application organizations responsible for SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise commercial platforms — owning the P&L, the vendor strategy, and the talent.
