About

I am a PMI-PBA®-certified Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, mobility solutions and web platforms across UAE government, semi-government and multinational environments. My strength is translating complex business needs into structured requirements and guiding solutions through the full delivery lifecycle — from stakeholder workshops, demand shaping and requirements definition to governance approvals, UAT, deployment and operational handover. At Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, I currently coordinate business analysis and delivery governance across a portfolio of 40+ initiatives covering mobility, web, collaboration, enterprise applications, Generative AI and DevSecOps. My role involves working closely with business owners, solution architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, UX teams and vendors to resolve requirements, manage dependencies and support production releases. I bring a combination of business analysis depth, solution ownership and hands-on project delivery experience. I am particularly interested in roles involving enterprise applications, digital transformation, solution delivery, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and business-to-technology translation. Core areas: Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Solution Ownership, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, UAT, Governance, Agile/Scrum, Portfolio Coordination, Vendor Management and Executive Reporting.

  • Project Intern at Trivandrum Air cargo Terminal
    Apr 2015 - May 2015 · 2 mos

The project provides an overview of the Indian air cargo industry and the major international factors that affect global air cargo. Deeper analysis of the Indian air cargo industry follows these background discussions, emphasizing the growth of Air cargo traffic in the past 20 years while noting the decline of all cargo traffic within the past decade. Operating cost analysis for the past 20 years reveal that major improvements in productivity has helped carriers decrease unit costs, even if the price of fuel has risen dramatically. Productivity of Indian air cargo Industry is explored in the data collection and analysis from 1994 to 2013, through different factors such as total cargo carried, utilization of space available and available tonne kilometer (ATK). All these factors can help us in understanding how much of the actual resources are used and what can be done to improve it. The relationships between variables like total cargo carried each year and the utilization of available cargo space shows that there is a correlation that can affect the productivity. Results show that the Indian air cargo industry has made significant improvements and has grown over time. Over the past 20 years combination carriers became approximately twice as productive. However, questionable data reported by carriers and methods used to determine only cargo related data for combination carriers limit the accuracy of these results and caused difficulties calculating productivity throughout this report.
