Just completed A&P Mechanic contract at Offit AFB working on the B747 (E-4B).
• Expand the global customer database by identifying and engaging end-buyers in commercial and private aviation. • Strategically position Air Viper on the approved supplier lists of commercial and private aviation companies. • Leverage the Parts Base system to connect with key aviation stakeholders, addressing their operational needs for engines, APUs, landing gear, and spare parts. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of key contacts within MROs, OEMs, airlines, teardown facilities, suppliers, and buyers to enhance Air Viper’s market reach. • Foster strong relationships within the aviation industry to enhance Air Viper’s reputation and generate long-term business opportunities. • Collaborate with account managers, the Director of QA, VP of Marketing, and the CEO to refine and improve RFQ processes and quotations. • Identify and pursue business development opportunities by attending industry conferences and trade shows. • Conduct weekly reviews with the CEO and VP to assess RFQs, quotes, and vendor contracts. • Analyze technical data related to aircraft and engine sales or acquisitions to determine pricing and serviceability. • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to sanitize and verify Mini Packs for engines and aircraft before distribution to potential buyers. • Oversee and update the engine and aircraft inventory on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and availability. • Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Marketing to manage the secure repository for sanitized and non-sanitized Mini Packs of engines and aircraft. • Supervise and mentor account managers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and operational efficiency. • Develop new programs for performing acceptance of engine & aircraft for lease & return of lease.
• Increase customer data base (End-Buyers) globally who fly commercial/private aircraft. • Work to get PACE Group Aero onto commercial and private aviation companies approved supplier lists. • Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management - Database) to contact aviation contacts regarding their needs and assets required to keep their fleet in the air (i.e. Engines, APUs, Landing Gear, aircraft spare parts, etc.). • Create a list of contact at key aviation companies that are MRO, Manufactures, airlines, teardown facilities, suppliers and buyer to fill PACE Group Aeros CRM. • Build relationship and reputation of PACE Group Aero with aviation companies in order to generate business and leads. • Track RFQ & Quotes sent out and received and work with the GM to improve the RFQ/Quote to PO ratio. • To develop and expand business relationships with aviation companies and PACE Group Aero. • Work with GM on Weekly status Report to CEO and VP of PACE Group International. • Review all technical data received for aircraft and engine sales or purchases for pricing and serviceability. • Sanitize all Mini Packs for Engines and Aircraft before releasing them to potential buyers. • Review engine and aircraft inventory list on a weekly basis to make all inventory is up to date and accurate. • Work with CEO, VP of PGI and GM of PGA to create a secure Engine & Aircraft repository for all sanitized and non-sanitized mini packs. • Supervise and mentor sale executives job requirements.
