Managed overall scoping process to ensure project strategy, goals, criteria and objectives are identified and incorporated into the project scope for budgeting. Lead overall building and site scope development and coordination. Managed architect and engineering consultants and ensure that contract milestones and terms and conditions are met, on or below budget, on time or ahead of schedule, and to high quality standards. Directed and coordinated project designs with design team members, both internal and external, to optimize efficiency, and minimize project risk and adverse schedule variance. Managed design consultants to ensure that contractual requirements for construction administration are met. Responsible for adherence to scope, schedule and budget, take appropriate action to provide feedback on performance. Managed due diligence process to ensure appropriate level of due diligence was performed and that due diligence information was delivered in a timely manner based on project schedule. Responsible for contract management from soliciting proposals in all phases of the project development process to review and approve of pay apps on contracts and POs.
